Register your vehicle
Visit MoRTH's national portal at vscrap.parivahan.gov.in and register your vehicle for legal scrapping at our facility (Alchemy Recycling LLP, Maharashtra). Keep ready:
  1. Aadhaar (along with soft copy)
  2. PAN Card (along with soft copy)
  3. Bank details for receiving payment

Give us a call
Once submitted on the portal, give us a call to complete the transaction quickly. If you don't, we'll reach you ourselves once your application appears on our dashboard. We may request photographs and condition details of the vehicle.

Receive an offer
Our specialists evaluate the vehicle and provide an offer by email or phone. On acceptance, we arrange pick-up or towing and schedule a date and time that works for you.

Payment, on the spot
At the time of collection, our agent completes an instant net-banking transfer to the account submitted at registration. Possession of the vehicle transfers to us; documents are handed back to you for record-keeping.

Certificate of Deposit issued
Once the vehicle reaches our Palghar facility, a photograph is taken and a Certificate of Deposit is issued — the formal end of your journey to safe and legal scrapping.

A few things people often ask.

How is the offer price calculated?+

Our offer is based on the prevailing scrap value of recoverable materials (steel, aluminium, copper, plastics), the vehicle's curb weight, condition, and current market rates for non-ferrous metals. We calibrate weekly to stay competitive and transparent.

Do you collect the vehicle from anywhere in Maharashtra?+

Yes. We arrange pickup or towing across the state. For inter-state movements, we generate the required Delivery Challan and e-way bill (Rule 138 CGST) and a Consolidated E-Way Bill for the transporter — full GST and compliance handled on our side.

Is the Certificate of Deposit valid across India?+

Yes. The Certificate of Deposit is issued under MoRTH's national vehicle scrapping policy and is recognised by State Transport Departments and OEMs across India. The 15% Motor Vehicle Tax concession may vary slightly by state.

What if my vehicle's RC is lost?+

A duplicate RC must be obtained from your Regional Transport Office (RTO) before scrapping is permitted. We can guide you through the process — call us first.

How long does the entire process take?+

From the day you register on the MoRTH portal to issue of the Certificate of Deposit, expect 7–10 working days on average — depending on pickup logistics and your distance from Palghar.
